Drive Sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.



  • Work closely with V.P. of Sales and Marketing to achieve sales goals
  • Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals
  • Debrief sales appointments
  • Communicate and align with the other departments and functions
  • Weekly coaching based on sales reports
  • Excellent follow-through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing
  • Recruiting and development of new sales staff is required
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
  • Analyze sales incentive programs.
