Job Role:

  • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Meet with homeowner and/or builder to discuss client needs, establish company value with the client and set time for follow up presentation.
  • Create estimates & proposals using company bidding and sales strategy, always offer customers options and upgrades to enhance their comfort system.
  • When working with builders get all pre-sale information so that each homeowner can be contacted regarding the company's builder upgrade program.
  • Inform customers of all special promotions and offers available.
  • Ask customers for permission to stake a job site sign when the job is sold.
  • Develop and administer the builder upgrade program.
  • Create an efficient layout and design of the comfort system.
  • Continue to build the company's builder base by contacting at least 3 new builders each week.
  • Scan the Daily Journal of Commerce and permit listing sheet for upcoming home starts.
  • Develop relationships with high-end custom home builders and architects and engineers. Contact at least 2 new architects per week.
  • Join and attend the local Builder group, represent the company in other local clubs or organizations.
  • All jobs that are over $10,000 in size will have a pre-job meeting, per company policy. Responsibilities include reviewing any and all special quotes, labor budgets and handing over all relevant project paperwork to the
  • Installation Manager and RNC Field Supervisor.
  • Turn in all required paperwork to the Sales Manager within 24 hours of being awarded work. This includes all necessary notes, drawings etc., to adequately communicate the job to the operations department.
  • Be available to answer questions that may arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
