Job Title: Install Coordinator

Reports To: 
VP of Construction

Work Hours:
8:00 – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, some Saturday's

Primary Job Function:
To coordinate all sales and data entry functions in the new construction department. Keep open communication between Construction Manager, Field Supervisors, Builders as well as Rough and Final crews. Input data into the database and process paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. Complete and submit reports within the timeline designated. Keep clear and concise communications with company customers. Schedule all activities for the Retail sales team. Process all paperwork and track data on retail sales spreadsheets. Schedule all installation. Communicate with the install manager to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
• Proficient in typing
• 2+ years of administrative/ sales coordinator experience
• proficient in scheduling
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
• Well organized and ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications:
• 5+ years of administrative/ sales coordinator experience
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
