Job Role:
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Leading, Managing and holding Accountable the mid-level managers
Assist with the preparation of an annual business plan for the company that includes objectives for revenue, profit, and ROI as well as action plans to achieve these objectives.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Identify and resolve problems; gather and analyze information to develop solutions.
Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
Organize warehouse facilities and activities to ensure efficient operation.
Increase efficiency and consistency in all operations and installs.
Coach your mid-level managers so that they can perform at the best of their abilities.
Ensure that the company is doing what's best for the customer in all areas.
